Summary: After my training in Physics and active research, it became apparent to me in 1979 that the organized knowledge work does not converge to a desirable end based on the underlying paradigm of the spirit of time. You point to a body of evidence und stress the necessity for what I call Timely Exchange of Project-Oriented Competence. In the meantime I have substantiated my finding in 1979 with Applied Personal Science APS®. This new science can model real human systems such as you and I, the USA, Switzerland, and teams relationships such as that between Israel and Palestine etc.. |

Applied Personal Science APS® allows the simulation of the consequences of such paradigms and other ways of giving meaning to knowledge work, e.g. a science modelling the complexity of real life not just its fall (humanities), managing resources with money (science of nature) and convincing people (art). |
The established approach, of in essence
based on
philosophy, with one psychology and one sociology for all, and all of that
being word-based, has thus been proven to be a
thinking catastrophe which breeds the well-known
human catastrophes wherever it
casts over the top of people’s minds. This is more like a virus than a desirable
mental operating system to suit the requirements of our time and is thus a
crime against humanity. That has
already been pointed out by Carl Poper in “The Enemy of the Open Society”.
It is an old story laid down already in the Old Testament. Prof.
Hösle
has outlined how the “German Spirit” had exhausted itself in the greatest
crimes and has been embedded by philosophers such as Juergen Habermas in the
West European Zeitgeist. This applies even more to the philosophical spirit of
which the German one is part; through its crimes it is embedded in the
spirit of the time (Arglist der Zeit –
against which the Swiss Federation was formed in 1291, and has now more or
less been dissolved
since 1991). He also pointed out that a culture without religion
is suicidal. What is really required for a
culture not to be self-destructive is to overcome its tendency to
be closed in
upon itself, which philosophy promotes, being closed itself on its arguing
about and with its denotations. Promoting an open society to overcome the
otherwise self-destructiveness requires considering the essence of the
substantiality of those concerned, real humans and their
relationships to their creator, rather than a net of generalizing
philosophy over the top of them; the source of almost all evil. |
The aim is lifefulfilling platforms rather than non-converging traditional forms of organizations based on the long ago outdated model of generalizing human systems. Trained in Physics, I have, in my life-time been a witness to the enormous progress in technical innovation. However, the greatest challenge has been witnessing a decay in the ways human systems are dealt with. The consequence of this lack of conscience has given rise to the initiative to provide the basics for Lifefulfilling Platforms to overcome self-destructive forms of organizations.

I am in a position to prove my point in practical situations for concerned humans open to the ability to relate to the essence of themselves and others, beyond being a failure as a simple wordy human being, as illustrated by Shakespeare in Richard II. Unfortunately that philosophical Richard II has now become the post-modern paradigm. It is time, the king becomes the kind again, you, who you are and meant to be! But that requires a corresponding science which allows individuals to identify and model human systems in their respective lifefulfilling substantialities rather than having to generalize it; that is what Applied Personal Science APS® is all about and that is what the humanities cannot deliver since they are obliged to divide and rule, rather than serving the lifefulfillment of as many as possible. On the Titanic, those in power did not relate to that vehicle in terms of its innate laws of mechanics, and instead of the thus resulting disaster becoming an example to fulfill the 20th century, it became the role model of the cruelest one in history – up to becoming the role model for the world ware up the so called “Challenger Disaster” etc...
As you know,
we cannot afford a Titanic-repetition in
this century; the signs are on the wall and you have already been
affected. The question is: Where are YOU in this context? Are you personally part
of the problem, by going on with outdated knowledge work, or are YOU open
to become part of the solution? There are now ways to identify where real human
systems are in terms of their eight qualities of their knowledge works – and
they can and must be improved by a critical number of good willed humans up to
operational lifefulfilling platforms. Your personal feedback to this
appeal for a knowledge work with a desirable future, beyond the usual peer-review dynamics to this offer is urgent
to allow
