Globalization has changed not only the nature of work and economy, it strikes at the core of the individual mind, his or her mental operating system and thus at the heart of personal and collective relationships, community life and human systems up to democracy. In fact the latter in association with the free market and the stock exchange driving the economy are no guarantee anymore to deliver the greatest good for the greatest numbers of people; in its framework short-term acceptable thinking catastrophes do lead to global human catastrophes!

Exterior re-building of human systems is ongoing though not yet with the interior re-thinking for a desirable convergence. The old social contract is shattered and a new one has not settled down with none in sight:

In order to proceed beyond being merely immersed in the global context a new science, with new ways of expressions adequate for modeling human systems is required.

Please tune into the new expressions with "X=..." pointers and a systematic usage of colors which will become apparent as you go beyond scoping, for proper re-thinking in a world of re-engineering. The colors used beyond brown for new definitions, and magenta for immutable basics, are in terms of the four types of knowledge work - out of which one is still suppressed in the mainstream...
