to allow seeking 7=influence based on S=defocusing on coherent t=thinking: CPC understands and acknowledges that the BCM know-how is not of content-free or personally neutral nature such as the science of nature or of the humanities. It is of personal relevance for decision makers in view of the lifefulfillment of those concerned. It requires personal conscience when applied, not just factual perception and reality modeling, as in science, or politically correct opinionating and referencing as in the humanities. Correspondingly its basic form of expression is not in numbers or words, but in open-ended generative principles, OEGP, that are adequate to model the innate lifefulfilling options of the human system concerned, in a timeless and culturally free way not dependent on the denotational meanings of words and their shift in trends. Admittedly software is a test product and its accuracy and reliability cannot be entirely guaranteed in the ways we are used to with hardware; however it can transcend hardware. Beyond that peopleware, and that is what the BCM is dealing in, is nothing in itself, yet if it points to the right, and away from the wrong way to apply software. Thus it can be everything at the end of a life cycle. Owing to its experimental nature, software users are advised not to rely exclusively on its state, but use common sense to update it and waive any and all claims if they have failed to do so. Similarly peopleware users have to be reminded, that peopleware is not replacing them or their software, specifically their MOS mental operating system, but is intended to awaken and sharpen their conscience, just as a constitution awakens the sense of law enforcement in a country, in this case for updating there software including their MOS. In this sense the peopleware is provided by the BCM as is, with the best available knowledge as outlined in §2. Beyond that the BCM disclaims any and all representations or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, with respect to it, including and implying warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. It puts these responsibilities in their entirety to the conscience of its recipient and user since not doing so would reduce it to mere software, only addressing the mind of the majority. Similarly, if personally neutral software claimed to replace common sense, it would, in effect, become hardware and remain content-free. |

to secure the 8=necessary constraints in each other's positioning: The BCM shall not be responsible for any misinterpretation of its peopleware,
since its proper interpretation ultimately depends on the integrity of its users
and that depends on their will; peopleware is not software to which people
can default their will! The BCM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
special, incidental or consequential damage, whether based on contract or tort
or any other legal theory, arising out of any use of the peopleware or any
performance of this agreement.
No Rights Granted: CPC understands and acknowledges that the peopleware of the BCM is provided for the exclusive use in the envisaged human system. This Agreement does not constitute a grant or an intention or commitment to grant any right, title or interest in the BCM's-peopleware or the BGI AG's methodology, software, corporate identity and trade secrets to the applicant of its services. The CDC may not sell or transfer any portion of the BCM's know-how and the resulting hard-, soft- and peopleware to any third party or use it in any manner to produce, market or support its own products and services. Beyond the implicit property rights, the CDC shall clearly identify BCM's-know-how and knowledge as the BCM’s property. No
Assignments:
This Agreement is personal to whoever is responsible for the Partner. The thus
determined person is, a undersigned of this contract personally obliged to enforce this contract and shall not assign or otherwise
transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement. |

Agreement:
This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement of the parties
relating to the subject matter hereof. Any representation, promise or condition
not explicitly set forth in this Agreement shall not be binding on either party.
All additions or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and

In this column, c3 is put in the

abbreviations: The reader has to learn to perceive them as such, rather than
reacting to them as stumbling blocks and using them as a pretext for
c3-emotional, -intellectual and other games of maintaining outdated
positions - be assured they have all been modeled and business
constitutions will be set up to overcome them and the damage they cause and
in view of the lives they leave unfulfilled!
At first you might be very slow with abbreviations and have to hunt through various papers to ensure you got it right. You do not start out being conversant with them for in the prevailing c3-MOS you don't use them enough to be C3-effective - that is usually outsourced to the collective or "destiny", e.g. ignorance. But once you have made up your mind to go C3, you will be surprised how quickly you will be catch up and appreciate the C3-blessing and will gradually become less dependent on the otherwise ongoing c3-Social Darwinian rat race. C3-causes and substantialities precede you on your path and relating to them truthfully makes you more than a mere spectator of its manifestations in tangible reality; rather than being a limited and limiting c3-blackartist that obscures C3 with non-sustainable, self-deceiving man-made c3-tricks and rhetoric, acknowledging C3 makes you the lifefulfilling co-creator your are meant to be. |
