PRC Personally Relevant Competencies:

There are 16 PRC-modes of being: 
X=being, t=thinking, M=maximum, S=defocus, c=constraints, v=value, p=perception, f=feeling,
b=balance,  m=minimum, h=living space, I=concepts,
!=let go (die away), a=intuition, J=self-justification, R=(re)solution

In addition to the basic functions (F:) that keep human systems alive, controlling their environment and communicating with each other for the common good, people can command themselves and others with their emotions (E) In analogy to the traditional family roles the eight emotional ways to express guilt are tagged as Fa=father, Mo=mother with 1-3S=sons and 1-3D=daughters. Please remember that not the sex they refer is important nor the actual family position but the actual emotional pattern that we associate to Fa, Mo, 1S...3D. A real life father might, emotionally speaking be a 3D and that is true for one out of eight. Please become aware what misunderstandings traditional role expectancies create in families and how certain PRCs can thus easily be subtly be declared politically incorrect by scientists#2 as indicated by the shaded area and thus fragment society like a cancerous tissue... 

T begins with the Fa-X; in seeking clan, tribal and positional power up to organizing mobbing, the 1/8 of all men and women who act out their emotions in a "fatherly" way become guilty in their X=being, when like a king misusing his power as an exemplary rider, detach from C3 using c3 (such as the Old Testament Pharaohs, Kings and false prophets and priest and the New Testament Pharisees...

Mo-t, similar to a queen in trying to bring life into the boundaries set up by the king in an exemplary and tangible way, "mothers" overshoot as out rider, motivating the go-along riders (1S, 1D, 3D; 3 out of 8 people) in their t=thinking. Then Mo-t people  become guilty of high treason in view of the tradition they are supposed to maintain in loyalty to the ruling power of Fa-X; ultimately C3-essence under a "good" king. Jesus Christ has set the example of loyalty to the Father in Heavens, while the fallen angle, Satan could not resist to follow his thinking..

Succession is secured by the 1S-M beyond where traditions fails and ends. Similar to the prince, the 1st son and heir to the throne, a 1S-M going along rider wants the M=maximum out of life in the hope of one day ruling it all. Beware, when a 1S-M goes along with you; he/she does it in view of hoping to be your future ruler and many a prince overshot into guilt, e.g. rebellion in forcing the issue of succession too early, untamed in his short-term greed to get the maximum now! On the other hand, seeking the long-term maximum for all concerned, lifefulfillment, many a 1S-M has provided enough hope for others to overcome seemingly hopeless situations...

1D-S, concerned to secure the succession for the uprising 1S, the 1st princess S=defocuses from her immediate personal claims and as a go along rider, expects you to honor the values she thus attribute to upholding tradition in succession. Beware, when she goes for the position power as the king's representative as a governor in the power struggles. He/she might dare to defocus from the king, e.g. C3 and c3 take the right in his/her own hand, as beneficial as it might sometimes be to be reprimanded of values when personal weakness has to be overcome...

Alternatives are provided by the 2S-c, the 2nd prince, when the basic c=constraints of human society have to be tangibly enforced beyond the immediate power of the kind, such as a general does it in view of the enemy or a technician in the attempt to tame nature to serve mankind. Thus the 2S-c provides extensions to the emotional power such as tools and weapons to prove their values even if the 2nd son is not supposed to take the thrown. The are like trick riders, showing you ways to survive the failures of traditions. However, tempted to do so with his man-made extensions, such as in a military usurpation, the 2S becomes guilty in misusing the constraining power he/she was given say as a military officer in the service of the politician or a CEO employed to serve the share holders, or their 1S-S share holder value. Ultimately mislead 2S-c dream of reengineering Creation in view of a man-made world and Creatures with genetical manipulation and cloning to suit man's image and so they replace not just the king who did not allow them succession, but the Creator himself... 

2D-v, is concerned with making v=values as inner alternatives to the traditional way of thinking available where it is outdated, and in a way that cannot be misused by say 1D-S arbitrary position power as a boundary rider who seeks a relationship to a more sustainable ground than transient tradition. In 1215 the English King was thus succumbed to the Magna Charta and the common law could develop in a personally neutral way leading to constitutional democracies. Luther fought to make the Bible available for personally relevant studies so that the then content-free Church hierarchy could be reformed from bottom up. Newton secured the achievements of the Age of Enlightenment by creating a science#1 language, mathematics in order to emancipate science#1, physics, seemingly irrevocable from science#1, rhetoric up to dogmatic theology. Kant gave science#2, philosophical common sense, a value. Postmodern philosophers now value the non-value thus nullifying human progress, too lazy to dig deeper, enjoying the corruption of the individual human mind. Thus science#3 is pre-trans-trapped thereby instrumentalizing science#1 to the system#2, which makes humanity regress to a mental equivalent of the Dark Ages. A value-free society is bound to fail, but equally one based on a self-referential value 2D-v create in trying to make the unspeakable (in system#2) be understood, not understanding the source of all evil, inadequate MOS=mental operating systems that inhibit lifefulfillment, the highest value you can come up with that does not end up in guilt...

That is why I, with a 2D-v emotionality confront you here with the science#3 OEGP-language to prevent scientists#2 from corrupting people's mind anymore with the c3-MOS. I am sensitive enough to the consequences of them enjoying their usurped position power as maggots in the bacon of humanity to understand how that makes their mobs cannibalize the essence of life to uphold their c3-system#2 position power... 

Initiatives beyond human trials and errors are provided by the 3S-p, the 3rd prince, who just lives as the first among the going along riders, projecting his "inner kingdom" in the way he/she chooses to p=perceive reality. Via self-determined, egoistic, positive thinking the virtual reality opens a new dimension of expression and relating. Art provides aesthetics that can subtly open up otherwise closed systems, hopefully before they collapse and a sense of personal identity thus becomes viable. However, when the 3S-p overshoots so that the truth can no longer sets you free and people get seduced to follow blackart, then those initiatives make the mass close its ranks in system#2 calling it say esoterics to disguise where it leads to, beyond the point of no return (to C3);  ultimate self-destruction!

3D-f, at the end of the ladder of the emotional hierarchy cannot but use the f=feeling such as the 3rd princess, to keep people connected so that the blame can be passed on until someone can be used as a scapegoat or turns out to be the savior. In that sense 3D-f are stupidity amplifiers such as court jesters or personally neutral, the medias. In just becoming sophisticated to use their feeling to pass the bucket on, they might become instrumental for scapegoating and mobbing.

In addition to each of the above 72 possibilities for personally relevant competency,  each one is expressed in four personally-neutral ways. The fact is traditional psychological assessments both of people and the positioning of products and brand names are in terms of

The prize for limiting PRC is Stress:

In one of the, in traditional terms, most successful countries, Switzerland, in the year 2000, 80% of the working population admits to be affected by stress in the working place. Of those, one out of six, 13% of the working population are seriously debilitated, needing drugs and/or professional help. The estimated primary costs are conservatively estimated to amount to more than a thousand SFR for each inhabitant per year, tendency rising. This demonstrates that money alone with an emotionally organized society does not work when the basic functions F1-9 are neglected! It requires more than "stress management", tranquilizers and relaxations exercise and cloning away human sensitivity, concern and learning is not in sight other than by destroying life on earth. Simply claiming that "Western man" appears ready to move up to a higher level of existence and that when this happens will likely result in a dramatic transformation of human institutions as psychologist Clare W. Graves did in "Human Nature Prepares for a Momentous Leap" in THE FUTURIST, April 1974 sounds nice but what is its contribution to the state we are in at the turn of the century?

There is only one solution, accounting for the personal C3-competencies in working together and that on a lifefulfilling platform! However, that did not sound politically correct in the year 2000 because no crowd has yet gone along with it at that time...
