This workshop was developed in the context of making start-up companies attractive to venture capitalists. In relations to merger and acquisition it addresses the key to activating undervalued human resources. The BCM-Workshop I is outstanding in three ways:

§1) Human errors may not, through action or inaction, inhibit lifefulfillment.  Where they do, the underlying systems, specifically the mental operating system of those responsible or for an organization, has to be redesigned accordingly. The BCM approaches this with appropriate operational business constitutions. They encourage those concerned in similar situations and positions than those who caused symptoms to consider a preventive way to overcome the underlying causes, thinking errors that otherwise go unnoticed - beyond the point of no return.

§2) The MOS=mental operating systems and the BC=business constitutions have to be taught and implemented in people's minds and organizations in such a way that they serve the lifefulfillment of those concerned and not just that of their owners unless that violates §1.

§3) The prevailing MOSs and the BC need to be protected and defended by their bearers and those who claim responsibility for the system unless that violate §1 and/or §2.

The AIM of the Workshop

is to allow participants to reveal, reflect and understand the basics of their business scenario up to the point where an appropriate open-ended generative principle, OEGP can be identified. Then, in tune with it the situations that give rise to change, can be enhanced in the desirable direction. Participants are encouraged to use each other as resources for a possible onset of future networking. The tool provided, the MindManager™, allows onsite/remote and group enabled coaching and co-operation. Beyond the inherent value of learning to use such a platform, the BCM-Workshop I addresses potential BCM Consultants, Partner and Customers in a training on the job that aims for an operational business constitution in the desired situation.
