Context: Whoever premeditates an innovative cooperation cannot avoid considering a scientific basis for improving dealing with human systems. There is nothing more practical than a good, sound theory! After all, to achieve, you need the right attitude, a market, a product or a service, then a method to apply it. To get there you need a message to market it, and to achieve you need a system - master plan - map - modell to handle the whole business efficiently with the real people.

Scenario:
Investor invests into a company, which according to the advice of a financial advisor invests successfully into customers

Referring to the interests of say a financial advisor, who needs to support his clients; companies which want to go public to achieve a breakthrough. For that purpose, among others he needs to project that intention to potential investors successfully. Now, imagine a map which models the potential breakthroughs of all human systems. What we propose for it looks like a river system with branches which tend to certain final destinations. The same applies to the projections of advisors. Having those two maps and the ability to identify the relevant human systems, allows you to monitor and thus enhance progress in the desired direction.

We do not deal in people, but real human beings, and that as individual human systems, modeled as open-ended generative principles, OEGP.

Working with people we therefore first identify their position in those two maps. We then determine the required regeneration in order to allow leading beyond outdated concepts up to the necessary qualification. Having this precondition met, we carry out the appropriate training to make use of more sophisticated knowledge – on the job. By the way, trust, one of the most important aspects of business, comes from a proper balance between previous projections and achieved breakthroughs - ultimately Work-Life Balance.

Projections demand and promote breakthroughs. Then an appropriate compensation scheme is vital for a sustainable co-operation.

Generally speaking an investor looks for a rewarding first projection of his desires. An entrepreneur is willing to risk a breakthrough to fulfil his desire. To mediate the two a financial consultant needs to address the least mass-attractive projections in both parties since they form the hidden agendas, which express the yet unfulfilled needs. It is well know that not openly revealed and overcome hidden agendas prevent the necessary breakthroughs for the desired success. And of course the same applies between the entrepreneur and his customers, where business and marketing consultants build the bridge for business relationships.

Relationships require a system guiding those involved for a mutual understanding based on the relevant substantialities. This works for architects based on the physics of the engineer, but not with  outdated ways of opinionating about each other...

How does this outline resonate with your research, its transfer and other needs, as well as your possibilities for a co-operation? In order to act upon such basic questions, both parties need to relate to each other at least with their second projections, which is the specific openness for other people’s first projections, e.g. opinions. Our human system competence centre addresses the need to reveals the basic nature of the first, second and last projections as well as the potential for a breakthrough. This provides a relational basis to trust, promote and also demand from each other in a desirable way on a mutually agreeable platform, and its ways of communication and exchange. Then business ranking becomes a viable method to become tangible and enter a business relationship.

It is acknowledged that a computer needs a relevant operating system, a business a realistic organization. Beyond that, everything goes wrong, when people are involved with outdated mental operating systems!

In short, before one can move and shape things and organizations, those involved have to learn to and move their ideas, needs and wants with knowledge work with a future. This guarantees that in the end, the baby is not thrown out with the bathwater; those involved by the inconsiderately released inherent dynamic of money, things and unresolved problems. Therefore we address people to update their mental operations systems by understanding what is relevant. For that purpose we value real people as lifefulfilling principles in operational ways on lifefulfilling platforms, relevant to the job.

It is dangerous to model people simply as free subjects. Consider what that would mean on the simpler level of computers and organizations; freely networking arbitrary hardware...  

Having thus modelled the participants in a purpose driven mind, to make them understand each other, things and partners look different! Concerned people then become open for the relevant substantialities which allow a lifefulfilling reframing of mental matters. On this bases alone is moving the physical matter possible in a correspondingly desirable way. Everything else leaves stress behind somewhere for someone! An that backfires in the highly networked world even for those who can seemingly displace it from themselves and their territory.

The basic value is lifefulfillment, anything else is not sustainable for people object to it, consciously, as we do here, or unconsciously as you have certainly experienced already too often...

Thus we start with a lifefulfilling rather than say a multi-million dollar & percent mindset. The former focuses on doing what we are here to fulfil our life for, the latter to do what you want, where and when you want, with whomever, beyond all consequences for self and others. Admittedly the latter appears mass-attractive, But for whom does it work to what end? This brings us to the corresponding market where real values are created and distributed with products and services, used in a life enhancing way with methods that value real people. The bottom line there is life- through task-fulfillment for as many as possible.
