apply for the BCM-Workshop I in ......

and pay US$100 to the local organizer for which I will receive the MindManager ä with the template to prepare the workshop in view of redesigning my chosen scenario in the above mentioned organization. This amount includes the reservation fee of US$100 for the workshop, which is refundable in case the Workshop has to be cancelled by us.

I agree to pay US$3450 for the BCM-Workshop I, which includes accommodation, an introduction to business constitution thinking, knowledge work coaching and a further MindManager template that allows for remote training on the job, in view of the intended business redesign process after the workshop. The local BCM-organizer will inform you about payment details and the workshop location as well as about special conditions if you have accommodation near by. However, we recommend that you stay in our location so that you get the full flow.

Participants work in pairs or small dedicated interest groups and use each other as resources to secure the quality of their learning process on their Laptops (Win95/98/NT, Pentium, 32MB, Graphic card 256 colors, Internet access optional) with the MindManager ä template provided. The Plenary Session serves as a presentation forum.

The RESULT is a structured knowledge base that allows the identification of an appropriate business constitution for each case. The form of the result supports working out of the implementation of the business constitution on site and its enhancement by a follow-up off-line (file exchange) or remote on-line coaching (via the MindManager ä server). Applying the MindManager ä tool is straightforward and the training for it occurs on the job in the workshop. The method presented and the technology made available are relevant for a whole range of other applications that will evolve in the workshop depending on the need of the participants. Owning this potential will empower the workshop participants to become the champions for the thus prepared germ of a basic concept, that reaches beyond what words and numbers alone can convey, up to an operational business constitution.

In time for the workshop preparation I shall receive an assignment with the full version of the MindManager ä including its remote coaching and groupwork ability (for up to four parties) and the website generator.

Business Sense: This workshop is addressed to decision makers and opinion leaders who have decided to start up a company or become the champions for redesigning their existing business logic. It introduces the capability of doing it in a purpose fulfilling way. On the content-free level it provides the access tool, the MindManager ä , that allows the inclusion of visual learning, remote co-operation and Internet publication. On the personally-neutral level it provides templates with a lifefulfilling structure and know-how based on which personally relevant case studies can be performed. Thus the work is on the level of the highest amplification factor both for errors and achievements! The BCM-Workshop I is best used as on the job training and participants are urged to prepare themselves accordingly. Even if the workshop just provides an amplification factor of 2-3 in its time, it makes business sense. Considering its long-term potential and other applications of the tool provided, far more is possible! Thus cost is no argument for booking or not booking. Honestly analyzed doubts are about whether to invest into a proven long-term solution or into the comfort of being and staying part of the mainstream, and about whether one trusts oneself to transfer such high quality applied system knowledge into otherwise stagnant organizations!
