The chain of life towards is constituted as follows toward its fulfillment

1. Most people agree that a Creator created life in his Creation for his Creatures: Have you ever heard of an explosion in a printing company that resulted in a dictionary?
2. Some people have experienced that this Creator takes an active interest in their lives and they witness his call based on their conscience which can now be adequately modeled with science#3. Some of them had a recorded impact in deregulating and/or revitalizing the system#2 at their time in a way totally incomprehensible for their fellow humans most of them under the spell of system#2 (The Open Society and Its Enemies: The Spell of Plato by Karl Popper): Above all the Old Testament historical Prophets, Jesus Christ, both Martin Luther, Gorbatschov etc. 
3. It is obvious that system#2 managed the reengineering of system#1 for its purpose such as via share holder value.
4. It is not politically correct to suggest that system#2 cannot deregulate itself sustain ably let alone revitalize itself. It takes a lot of blackart to convince people of this "mother of all thinking catastrophes"! Borrowing from Winston  Churchill's assessment of democracy a Presbyterian Minister, typical for the way philosophy influences theology stated: "Ecclesiastical government is "the worst system of all...except for all the others." This is of course a classic and subtle way to rule out system#3 and getting ready to let the pre-trans-trap snap for anybody who does not succumb and sell his or her soul to system#2.

Constitutions serve the purpose of keeping this thus endangered chain of lifefulfillment intact: 

Religion, despite the prevailing hidden agenda of most churches and its officials, claims to care for the relationship between the Creator and his Creature, us humans. It thus should this provide a clear stand against postmodern evolutionary opinions ("evolution" does not even stand in the light of science)  and the system#2 dominance in mental matters. That would require a science#3 bases rather than a philosophy basis for theology: Would you like a statistical bases for the security of the plane you are in?

Physics allows the best reengineering available, however on a c3- rather than a C3-mentality it KURSKs on the Titanic, in Tschernobyl, in the Challengers space shuttle etc.

The Common Law works best in securing the predominance of system#2 and not so much in protecting us individuals from crimes in misusing system#1 (shot gun debate in the USA)! The fact is, when in danger, system#2 give meaning to its pre-criminals, soldiers, merceneries, neonazi, potentates etc. to have a focus to sidetrack people from its real problem and so it can use them to execute the pre-trans-trap so its system priests can wash their hands in innocence and keep their position power for the sake of system#2. No wonder, in actual fact, for most people, including church officials, when it comes to the test, God=system#2!
